We are Andrea, Camilla and Serena—three young enthusiasts brought together by a love for food and hospitality. Bites was born from this shared passion, where experimentation and dialogue shape everything we do. We’re delighted to welcome you to Bites, guiding you through a journey of flavors, traditions, and cultures, and inviting you into our little world.

I’m Andrea. I opened Bites in early 2020, convinced that nothing could stop us… achoo. A lot has changed since then—challenges, growth, and moments that have helped shape my vision for Bites: a place where you feel welcomed and cared for. When you visit, you’ll find me in the kitchen—my favorite place to experiment.

I’m Camilla, and I first discovered Bites as a guest. At the time, living in Brianza meant I didn’t come to Milan often, but from my very first visit, Bites felt like home—a place that instantly became special to me. As I got to know Andrea and the project, I knew right away that I wanted to be part of it, to help it grow, and most of all, to experiment alongside them. Today, I’m the sommelier in the dining room, ready to share the stories behind the wines, sakes, and drinks I love—always with the spirit of discovery and exchange.

I've known Camilla for many years now, and through her, Bites. I met Andrea, I loved the place and the project, and finally I came to fully embrace it all, and here I am. In my free time (really, any free time), I enjoy cooking, especially desserts, which I constantly bring to all my dear colleagues, but my greatest passion remains hospitality. You'll find me here in the dining room, ready to smile as soon as you enter and to accompany you throughout the meal.
